Welcome to Ann & Kevin’s wedding website. These terms explain the intended use of the site, invitation access, RSVPs and optional gifts.

Purpose of the website
The website shares information about a personal wedding celebration and helps the couple communicate with invited guests. It is not a public ticketing service or a commercial booking platform. Please use it respectfully and only for its intended purpose.
Invitations and verification
Receiving a link or submitting your name and email does not by itself confirm an invitation or attendance. Requests are reviewed by the couple or an authorized administrator. Email verification confirms access to the household assigned to that email; it does not create a new invitation.
Invitations apply only to the named guests included in the household. No plus-ones are included. Do not share verification codes, impersonate another guest, access a household without permission or submit responses for people you are not authorized to represent. If an invitation is assigned incorrectly, contact the couple rather than changing another household’s details.
Your RSVP
Please provide accurate information and respond by the deadline shown on the RSVP page. You may update your response while collection remains open. If your plans change after the deadline, or the website is unavailable, contact the couple directly. An email-delivery issue does not necessarily mean an RSVP was not saved; check the confirmation shown on the website or ask the couple.
Meal, dietary and accessibility requests help the couple plan. Submission alone does not guarantee that every request can be accommodated. For a serious allergy or an essential accommodation, contact the couple directly so the arrangements can be discussed and confirmed. Song requests are suggestions and may not all be played.
Personal messages and privacy
Submit only content you have permission to share, and avoid unlawful, threatening, abusive or infringing material. You retain your rights in your messages and give the couple and their administrators permission to store and use them for the wedding and personal keepsakes. This does not grant a general right to use your message for advertising.
Anniversary messages may be read by administrators before the anniversary. A verified household contact can view that household’s RSVP information. Please read the Privacy Policy for details about information handling and your choices.
Optional monetary gifts
Gifts are entirely optional and are not a condition of an invitation, access to the website or attendance. If you choose to give, follow the gift instructions displayed on the site. Online gifts are handled by the linked payment provider, not by the RSVP system.
Check the recipient, amount and any provider fees before sending a gift. The provider’s terms apply to its payment service. If you make an error or need help with a transaction, contact the couple and the provider promptly. These terms do not promise or exclude a refund, or limit rights that may apply under law or the provider’s rules.
Website content and acceptable use
The design, monogram, photographs and other materials belong to the couple or their respective owners and licensors. You may use the site and save invitation details for your personal participation in the celebration. Obtain permission before commercially reusing the artwork or photographs, or publicly redistributing private guest or wedding information.
Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, harvest guest information, submit spam or introduce harmful code. Access may be restricted to protect the site and its guests.
Updates, external services and availability
Wedding plans, schedules and website features may change. Confirm time-sensitive arrangements through the latest invitation or directly with the couple. Clearly labeled demo content is illustrative and should not be relied on for attendance, travel or booking decisions.
External map, hotel, gift and other websites are operated by their own providers. Their availability, prices, services and policies are outside the couple’s control. The wedding website is provided as available, and uninterrupted access or error-free information cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and changes to these terms
Please contact the couple about access problems, incorrect information or other concerns. These terms may be updated as the site changes; the effective date above identifies the version displayed here. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
