This website helps Ann & Kevin share their wedding plans and manage invitations. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the invitation and RSVP features.

Who handles your information
Ann & Kevin and their authorized website administrators manage the guest information collected through this wedding website. The site is for a personal celebration. Contact options for questions or privacy requests appear below.
Information collected
- Invitation requests: your name, email address, request date, and approval or sending status. Invited names and household information may also be added by the couple or their administrator.
- RSVP information: attendance for named guests, meal choices when offered, and optional dietary needs or allergies, accessibility requests, song requests, notes and anniversary messages. Administrators may add seating assignments.
- Access and security information: verification-code records, session identifiers, submission timestamps and technical information used to limit abuse. The verification system uses protected representations of identifiers, including IP addresses and emails, for rate limiting. Hosting, security and email services may also process IP addresses, browser information and delivery logs.
Dietary, allergy and accessibility details can reveal sensitive information. These fields are optional. Share only what is needed for your attendance, and contact the couple directly if you would prefer not to enter those details online. Do not submit medical records, identity documents, passwords or payment-card details in the forms.
How information is used
Information is used to review invitation requests, match guests to approved households, verify email ownership, collect and update RSVPs, plan meals and accommodations, organize seating, communicate wedding details and protect the website from misuse. Optional song requests and personal messages help make the celebration meaningful. Guest submissions are not collected for sale or targeted advertising.
Who can see it
The couple and authorized administrators can access guest records. Relevant planning details may be shared with people helping organize the wedding, such as a coordinator, caterer or venue team, when needed. Hosting, email and security providers process information as part of operating their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address misuse or protect safety.
Household access: someone who verifies the email assigned to a household can view and update that household’s RSVP, including its optional notes. If the same email is assigned to multiple households, it can access those households. Only provide information for others when you have their permission. Ask the couple for separate arrangements if you need a private response.
Anniversary messages: these are stored as keepsakes and can be read by the couple’s website administrators. They are not locked until a future date. The RSVP feature does not publish guest responses in a public directory.
Cookies and verification
The invitation system uses a necessary session cookie, dk_rsvp_session, to remember verified access for up to two hours. Signing out or locking the website ends that session. Verification codes expire after ten minutes and are intended for one-time use. WordPress uses additional cookies for administrators who sign in. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent verification or RSVP features from working.
The wedding invitation and RSVP features do not include advertising cookies. Other services you visit through links have their own cookie practices. If we introduce additional tracking on this site, we will update this notice to describe it.
Wedding emails
When you submit your details and request wedding messages, your email is used for invitation review and wedding communications. Verification emails are sent when you request an access code. Invitation emails follow administrator approval and release; RSVP confirmation emails may be enabled. To stop further wedding updates or correct an address, contact the couple. You can avoid additional verification emails by not requesting new codes.
Gift, map, hotel and other links
If an online gift link is provided, payment takes place with an external provider under its own terms and privacy policy. The wedding RSVP forms do not collect card or bank-account details. The couple may receive transaction information from the provider when you send a gift. Map, hotel, registry and other external websites also operate under their own policies.
Retention and security
Invitation and RSVP records are stored for wedding planning, communication and related follow-up. Personal notes and anniversary messages may be kept as keepsakes. Records are not automatically erased when the wedding ends or when the website’s RSVP feature is disabled; an administrator must remove them. You may request deletion of your information or a message using the contact options below. Backups and service-provider logs may retain copies until their applicable retention periods expire.
Access controls and verification help protect guest information, but no website or email service can guarantee complete security. Keep verification codes private and sign out on shared devices. A private page setting does not recall material previously shared publicly or guarantee that a copied image or document link is private.
Your choices and children’s information
You may ask to review, correct or delete information you provided, or arrange to RSVP directly. We may ask you to verify your identity before changing a record. Some information may need to be retained to address an outstanding issue or a legal requirement. Requests involving a household will be handled with regard to the other guests’ information.
The online forms are intended for adult guests or adults responding for their families. Children should not independently submit personal information. A parent or guardian may provide necessary information for a named invited child and may contact the couple about its correction or removal.

If the website’s practices change, this page may be updated with a new effective date. Please review it when submitting additional information.
